SAMUEL M. EKSTEIN -
Trained as an accountant, develops, owns, manages, finances, appraises and consults on real estate matters throughout the United States since 1975.

He is a full member of the Urban Land Institute, designated as CSM with International Council of Shopping Centers, a licensed Appraiser and Broker. He has coordinated land assemblage and ground up development.

He has worked with General Contractors and municipalities, Building and Fire Departments (references available upon request) on matters of Code Compliance, New Construction, Expansion and Renovation projects throughout the United States.

ADAM B. EKSTEIN -
PARTNER
Over the past ten years, Adam has specialized in retail real estate transactions. Prior to joining EAM, Adam worked for Centrum Properties, one of the most active developers in Chicagoland. While at Centum, Adam was involved in the development and management of existing and ground-up projects and is an equity holder in certain deals. He took a leading role in the leasing of ground-up and existing shopping centers in the Chicago metropolitan area, Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, St. Louis, and Kansas City, Missouri markets. Prior to Centrum, Adam was with Mid-America Real Estate Corporation, where he represented various tenants, including Hennes & Mauriz (H&M), Room & Board, Jamba Juice, Tweeter and Borders Books.

KATHLEEN MOLINERO -
PARTNER
Kathleen has fifteen years experience in property management, acquisitions, and ground up new construction. Prior to joining EAM, Kathleen worked for the Habitat Company supporting many functions ranging from acquisitions to real estate development and focused on property management. Kathleen was part of the approval team that worked with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Scattered Site Program.

CHRISTOPHER FAIRCLOTH -
Stationary Engineer
Chris has provided physical hands on practical and cost effective solutions to EAM assets for 15 years. Regularly performs onsite inspections to all EAM managed assets.

CHRISTOPHER CARROLL -
Vice President Cohen Financial
Chris has consulted and provided capital funding on projects throughout the United States on projects under the care of EAM since 1995.

WILLIAM L. TELFER, JR. -
Bill provides Cost Segregations and Investment Tax Credit Analysis (Section 3 of the Internal Revenue Code) Bill is located is Dallas and provides his services nationally.

JEFFERY V. WATSON -
Environmental Senior Project Manager
Jeff's experience includes establishing health and safety plans for US EPA, US DOD. He has benefited EAM managed assets in the effective handling and curing of both physical site issues as well as coordinating the remediation and the filing of the various required documentation requirements for municipal agencies.

It always seems that emergency's occur in the middle of the night on the week-end or just before tenants are about to leave on a holiday weekend.
